WHO IS MATT MCASEY... 

I'm a graduate of Kansas State University majoring in Kinesiology (the study of human movement). I served 4 years in the US Navy serving the last 6 months on a boat as an aircraft mechanic. I met my wife Kristen while attending KSU and not to long after graduation came Jayce, our little pride and joy.

I grew up on a small farm in the middle of Kansas and had really never been away from home too long before joining the Navy. The Navy enabled me to see how the rest of the world lived and how sheltered I actually was.
 

  Going on float trips is one of my favorite events with my friends
  Pretty much any kind of outdoor activity that involves a some 
  some risk is stuff I like.

 I play or have tried about any sport and imaginable. I even rode
 bull once in a Jr. Rodeo. Hunting, fishing and just hanging out
 with my friends and family keeps me busy in my spare time.

 I do have a passion for fitness and keeping a healthy
  physique  and have decided to build a career sharing with
 others my passion and health knowledge.
 

 
Some of my knowledge about health can be found at www.mgmsupplement.blogspot.com Since finishing my degree at K State, I landed a job working for the US Army.  I develop and coordinate special sporting events such as; triathlons, marathons, softball tournaments, football tournaments,  and other physical activities.  I have a passion for helping others accomplish their goals using un-conventional methods.

One of my favorite events during the summer is an annual event at Tuttle Creek Park just outside Manhattan, KS called "Country Stampede" It's really a big country music festival and party. Last few years we just put up a campsite and moved in for the week, what a blast!
